The COA tracking or reference number must match the record available on the testing laboratory’s official verification system
Testing must be conducted by a recognized analytical laboratory
These requirements ensure that all verification remains accurate, traceable, and legitimate.
To request a refund and/or reimbursement, submit the following:

Proof of payment for the laboratory test
